WHO WE ARE?
Attorneys and CPAs, Focused on Cook County.
At Cook County Tax Appeals, we focus on Cook County property tax assessments. We know the local rules, the assessment methods, and the arguments each venue accepts. Every appeal is built on careful research and a deep understanding of how Cook County evaluates residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
We are a team of tax attorneys and CPAs focused on the Cook County market.
We represent property owners at every level — from the Assessor's Office to the Board of Review, the Illinois Property Tax Appeal Board (PTAB) and the Circuit Court.
We combine legal analysis, financial review and the county's own data to build a case for your property's fair assessment.
WHY IT MATTERS?
Why Hyper-Local Focus Matters?
Property values in Cook County don't behave like they do in the rest of the country — or even the rest of Illinois. Our established local presence means we understand the nuances of every single township, from Palos to Schaumburg, Niles to Orland.
Township-Specific Strategy
We know exactly when your specific township opens for appeals and how micro-market trends directly impact your home's assessed value.
Knowing What Each Venue Requires
Through years of practice, we know what evidence the Cook County Assessor and Board of Review look for when they decide an appeal. How a Cook County property tax appeal works, step by step ->
Regulatory Insight
We follow changes in Illinois tax law, local ordinances and PTAB decisions so your appeal is built on the most current law.
